Finding your Active Rock size
A performance sock only performs if it fits. Too big, and it folds and rubs. Too small, and it pulls on your toes and squeezes the wrong places.
Here is how to pick the right Active Rock size in under a minute.
What size Active Rock sock should I choose?
Choose the size range that matches your shoe size. All Active Rock socks come in three ranges: 35–38, 39–42 and 43–45. If your court or running shoes are a 41, pick 39–42. The same ranges apply across every sport, from padel and tennis to running, pickleball and compression.

| 43 to 45 | 43–45 |
Why the right size matters so much
Our socks are built to work as one system with your foot.
- Active Arc compression only supports your arch and metatarsus if the zones sit in the right place.
- The heel pocket has to sit on your heel. If it slips down or rides up, it rubs.
- The seamless toe is designed to lie flat. A sock that is too long bunches at the front, which is exactly where blisters start.
A correct fit is the first step of blister prevention. Read more in how our tennis socks help prevent blisters.
How to check the fit
Put your socks on and check three things:
- Heel: the heel pocket sits on your heel, not below or above it.
- Toes: the fabric lies flat, with no fold or loose fabric at the tip.
- Arch: you feel a firm, even hold under the arch, without pinching.
Left and right
Active Rock socks have an anatomical left and right shape. Each sock is designed for one foot, so wear each one on the foot it is made for to get the precise, second-skin fit.
